Maguide-Navarrosse, lake of Biscarrosse

For a good warm-up and lubricate your joints, start with this small 5 km circuit along the lake of Biscarrosse. The path is paved, very easy to follow, flat and in the shade of maritime pines. A perfect outing for a family day that combines biking, swimming, nautical activities and picnics.

Biscarrosse-Parentis-en-Born

This ride is also very accessible to children and novice cyclists. The tarmac floor makes it easy, pleasant and secure. Once there, you can take out your snack by the lake.

Gastes-Sainte-Eulalie-en-Born

This sinuous course in the middle of the pines brings a little spice to this circuit which, however, remains within the reach of all cyclists and all ages. The pines are gradually giving way to other vegetation, notably beautiful ferns.

Pontenx-les-Forges-Mimizan

This route is not difficult in itself, but you will have to pedal more than an hour to reach Mimizan-Plage and most probably return to your starting point. Take the time to swim on Remember Beach or another more popular beach of the seaside resort, and have a drink on the terrace facing the ocean before returning.

Mimizan-Saint-Eulalie-en-Born

This small circuit from Mimizan-Plage is interesting for several reasons. It passes by the Mimizan golf course, the Aureilhan pond and the flower-filled promenade, then enters the heart of the pine forest until Sainte-Eulalie.

Navarrosse-Biscarrosse (city center)

From the Navarrosse beach at Biscarrosse-Lac, you will follow the Trans-Aquitaine canal which connects the three lakes. The lake and the maritime pines will of course always be your most faithful fellow travelers.

Vélodyssée, Contis-Lac de Léon

We, we were not going to forget it … The Vélodyssée, a formidable cycle path which links Hendaye and Roscoff in Brittany, crosses the Landes coast. You will find it near Contis beach and can follow it to Lake Leon. You can stop off at Vielle-Saint-Girons to swim and relax on the immense beach of La Lettre Blanche, an area open to naturists.
